These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of unboxd.app (the "Site"), operated by UNBOXD ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site is a pre-launch page that provides general information about an upcoming product. No products or services are sold through the Site. Any future product or app may be subject to its own separate terms.

Information is subject to change

Everything shown on the Site, including features, designs, prices, odds, prizes and product values, is illustrative and may change or be discontinued before or after launch. Except for Early access described below, nothing on the Site is an offer, promise or guarantee.

Early access

The first 5,000 people to join the UNBOXD waitlist who meet the conditions in this section will be invited to use the UNBOXD app before it is made available to the general public ("Early access"). This section is the one exception to "Information is subject to change" above: it is an offer, and the conditions below govern it.

Who qualifies. Places are counted in the order people joined the waitlist, including people who joined before this offer was posted. Signups we remove under these conditions are not counted. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and live where UNBOXD is offered when it launches. There is one place per person and per email address. If one person joins with several email addresses, only the earliest counts. Signups made with false details, with disposable email addresses or by automated means do not qualify. A place freed by a signup we remove is not passed on to anyone else.

How it works. We will email your invitation to the address you joined with before UNBOXD is made available to everyone. We decide the timing and length of the Early access period and how access is given, for example a download link or a test version of the app. If you do not use your invitation during that period, you can still use UNBOXD when it opens to everyone.

What it includes. Early access is access only. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for anything. It does not include credit, discounts or free draws, and it does not change any draw's odds, prizes, prices or displayed values. Using the UNBOXD app, including during Early access, is governed by the app's own terms.

When the offer ends. The offer closes when 5,000 places are filled, when UNBOXD launches, or when we end it under "Changes to this offer" below, whichever comes first. If you join after it closes, you are still on the waitlist and will hear from us at launch.

If UNBOXD does not launch for you. UNBOXD has not launched and has no launch date. If it does not launch, or is not offered where you live, there is no Early access and nothing else is owed.

Changes to this offer. We may change or end this offer at any time by updating this page. A change or ending applies only to people who join the waitlist after it is posted. If you joined before a change or ending was posted, you keep Early access as this section described it just before that change, unless the law where you live does not allow it.

Records. We record when you joined the waitlist so we can confirm who qualifies. If you ask us to remove your email from the waitlist before launch, we can no longer send you an invitation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the UNBOXD name, logo, text, images and design, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without our permission.

Third-party links and services

The Site may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms, except as stated under Early access above.
